Who I Am

I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. My teaching style is that of compassion-centered philosophy. I believe that life should be lived with joy, gratitude and dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide my teaching, which is focused on helping people to better connect with themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.

I help guide students to discover how with the practice of yoga they can overcome challenges and find balance in their life. Students are encouraged to nurture their body, mind and heart: providing them with an experience where they feel nourished and balanced. Yoga teaches us that we may find contentment, not by striving or attaining, but by reflecting on all that we are grateful for.

My formal training and study is the classical “Path of Raja Yoga”, which is known as the Royal Path of Meditation. This Path follows Ashtanga; the Eight Limbs of Yoga to attain unity with mind-body-spirit.

I am deeply inspired by Eknath Easwaran's timeless wisdom and am grateful to practice and continue

to study with the Blue Mountain Center of Meditation who honorably share his teachings.

I am a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider,

Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Brain Longevity® Specialist and a co-founder of

Trillium Ayurveda’s Living the Wisdom Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Yoga and Ayurveda have enriched my life deeply and it is such an honor to share the teachings of these sister sciences through classes, workshops, and trainings!

Follow your bliss.......
