Service Description

NO SIT-UPS required! Your core muscles stabilize your spine and pelvis to support your lower back and help you bend, lift, stand and get up out of a chair with more ease. Join is for this 4-Week Series to strengthen your core for better balance, posture, and overall mobility. Poses will be done standing, seated and lying down on a yoga mat. A chair will be available to aid you in getting up if needed.

Bit of Bliss Yoga of Cape Cod Waiver and Purchase/Cancellation Policy WAIVER-You confirm that you have read, understand and accept the waiver and policies of Bit of Bliss Yoga of Cape Cod. You understand the physical risks that may occur from participating in such activities as Yoga and hereby release Janet Bettey and Bit of Bliss Yoga of Cape Cod from any liability whatsoever that may arise from your participation. PURCHASE/CANCELLATION POLICY-All classes must be paid for timely. A 4 hour notice of cancellation is required for any class purchase. If you cancel your class 4 hours or more before the class start time, you may reschedule your class or a class credit will be issued to you. If less than 4 hours notice is given, no refund will be issued. Optional for classes on Zoom - upon request, a recording of the class will be sent to you. If you miss a class without the appropriate notice, you will be charged as if you attended. Due to limited class size, the 4 hour cancellation requirement offers an opportunity for someone on the “wait list” to attend. Thank you! If Bit of Bliss Yoga (Janet Bettey) cancels a class for any reason, you will receive a refund or you may choose a class credit.
